Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form attached below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification about exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract, compared to the total coverage of the contract.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a contract for the provision of services when the service has been fully performed and performance began only after you gave your express consent and you acknowledged at the same time that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed (§ 18(1)(1) FAGG).
